Our principle

We teach what we would do in your place, with your numbers on the table, and we tell you when something is not worth doing.

What you can count on

Training and advice held to the same standard, whatever the size of the client.

  • Practical first.

Every session ends with something you can apply the same week, not a theory to file away.

  • A written plan.

After the diagnosis you receive a written plan with priorities, owners and dates. It stays yours.

  • Honest scope.

If a course or an engagement is not the right fit for you, we say so before you pay for it.

  • Your numbers, kept private.

What you share about your business is used for your work only and treated as confidential.

  • English and Spanish.

Sessions, materials and written plans in English or Spanish, whichever your team works in.

  • No income promises.

We teach methods and give advice. We never promise sales, profits or overnight results.

See how we work

Where businesses get stuck

Most online businesses don't stall for lack of effort.

They stall on a few predictable decisions. These are the ones we see most often, and where training or advice changes the outcome.

  1. Sales that leave no margin

Orders come in, but after product cost, shipping, fees and ads, too little is left. We rebuild the numbers before anything is scaled.

  2. Ads before the offer is ready

Paying for traffic to a store that does not convert yet. We fix the offer, the product pages and the trust signals first.

  3. Tools piled on tools

A new app for every problem and nobody sure what each one costs. We map the stack and keep what earns its place.

  4. The owner as the bottleneck

Every decision waits for one person. We write down the processes so a team can run the daily work.

Services

Training, advice, or both.

Start with what you need now. Many clients combine them as the business grows.

Courses and workshops

E-commerce training

Structured courses for people launching or running an online store, from the first product to daily operations.

  • Store setup and product pages
  • Product and supplier selection
  • Marketplaces and your own store
  • Marketing and advertising basics
  • Logistics, fulfilment and customer service
  • The numbers: margins, costs and key metrics

For companies

Business advisory

Advice for owners and management teams who need an outside view and a clear plan they can act on.

  • Business diagnosis and priorities
  • Pricing and margin review
  • Processes, tools and team roles
  • Sales channels and digital presence
  • Growth and expansion planning
  • Follow-up on agreed decisions

Scoped per project

Related consulting

Specific projects between training and advice: launching a new sales channel, redesigning a process, reviewing suppliers or preparing a team for a new tool. Always scoped in writing before any work starts.

First Class Journey

Progress, not motivation.

The work is practical and it asks something of you: real numbers, time and decisions. In return you get clear steps and someone who checks that they happen.

From a first conversation to a plan that works.

How we work

  1. A first conversation

A short call to understand your business and your goal, and whether training, advice or both make sense. No cost, no obligation.

  2. Diagnosis

We review the numbers, channels and processes that matter with you, and agree what to tackle first.

  3. A written proposal

You receive the scope, format, schedule and fees in writing before anything is booked.

  4. Work and follow-up

Courses, sessions or advisory meetings, with follow-up on what was agreed so decisions turn into action.

Is First Class Journey the right fit?

It is for you if

  • You run an online store, or are about to launch one, and want to do it properly.
  • You own or manage a small or mid-sized company and want an outside view.
  • You want a plan with priorities, not a pile of ideas.
  • You are ready to share real numbers and act on what you decide.

It is not for you if

  • You are looking for a get-rich-quick system or guaranteed income.
  • You need legal, tax or accounting advice: we will point you to a licensed professional.
  • You want someone to run your business for you, without your involvement.
  • You expect results without time, budget or effort.

Formats

Choose how you want to work.

Every format is scoped and quoted in writing after the first conversation.

  • One-to-one sessions

Private sessions for an owner or manager, built around your business and your pace.

  • Small-group courses

E-commerce courses with a small group, live online, with practical work between sessions.

  • In-company workshops

Training for your team, built around your own products, channels and tools.

  • Ongoing advisory

Regular advisory meetings over an agreed period, with follow-up on every decision.

Questions

Before you write.

Do you offer online e-commerce courses?

Yes. Our e-commerce courses run live online, in small groups or one-to-one, and we arrange in-company workshops for teams. Dates and formats are confirmed in writing after the first conversation.

How much do your services cost?

It depends on the format, the length and the scope. We send a written proposal with the fees before anything is booked. We do not publish fixed prices on this site.

Can you guarantee sales or income?

No, and nobody honestly can. We teach methods and give advice for your situation, but results depend on your products, market, budget and execution. Please read our Results and Earnings Disclaimer.

Do I need an online store already?

No. Some clients start from an idea, others already sell and want to grow or fix what is not working. We adapt the programme to your starting point.

Do you work with companies outside e-commerce?

Yes. Business advisory is for companies in many sectors: planning, pricing, processes, sales channels and digital presence.

Are courses and sessions available in Spanish?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish, including course materials and written plans.

Do you give legal, tax or accounting advice?

No. When a question needs a lawyer, a tax adviser or an accountant, we say so and recommend that you consult a licensed professional.
